Nurturing Nature in Sands Point

Occasionally, the Goldberg & Rodler team will collaborate with an architect to turn a vision into reality. Joseph Piscitelli, PLA., intended on transforming a home into a weekend retreat to host elegant events and blissfully entertain. A heated infinity-edge pool spills over to the bocce court level, which doubles as a badminton court with an added net. Avant-garde lighting extends use into nighttime and highlights the beauty of the landscape, to name a few of the amenities. Here, nature is everywhere. A private Zen retreat, crafted with natural art, is the ultimate getaway. Our involvement included planning and installing every facet of this project, working one-on-one with the client, and collaborating with the Landscape Architect to make all elements become a reality. We ventured together to our stateside quarry to select the sculpture rock, wall veneer for the house, amphitheater bench, apron at road, and granite curbs for the driveway.
